I work in the BioPsychoSocial model.

It is an approach to therapy that recognises pain as a complex phenomenon influenced by the following factors:

  • Physical (e.g. tissue damage)
  • Psychological (e.g. emotions, beliefs)
  • Social (working environment, relationships).

This physiotherapy is tailored to each patient's individual problems and needs.

It is a model of therapy that integrates knowledge in various fields: neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology, gynecology and urology - as well as psychology and psychiatry - to create a comprehensive treatment plan, often in cooperation with other specialists.

It is a holistic approach to the patient which strives to recognize and understand the essence of pain and teach effective methods of dealing with it.

Professional, empathic and effective - three words that are best described by Agnieszka. I came to her with chronic back pain, which hindered my daily functioning. After a few visits I felt a significant improvement, and thanks to the individual approach and detailed exercise instructions at home - the problem completely disappeared. Agnieszka not only heals, but also educates, which was extremely valuable to me as a patient. I recommend her sincerely.
