Integrating the knowledge I've gained with 25 years of professional experience, I help patients return to good psycho-physical form after operations, strains and injuries.

I care for patients with acute and chronic pain, as well as athletes, postpartum and menopausal women and people experiencing professional burnout.

I have gained my skills and professional experience working both in the state health system as well as running my own practice in Poland, Ireland and for the last 15 years in Norway. Since 2017 I have been running my own practice and FysioYoga classes. Between 2021 and 2025 I worked in the Pain Clinic at Kalnes Hospital. I currently run a practice at Vincent Medisinske Senter in Fredrikstad as well as at Varteig Legesenter in Halfslundsøy.

I enjoy an active lifestyle, cycling, swimming and climbing mountain peaks. I find relaxation in nature and around animals. In my free time I read biographies or listen to rock and jazz music. I like a good movie and tasty food.

My aim is to inspire people to discover their own resources and capabilities. To inspire in them the desire and enthusiasm for personal development and exploring their passions.
