How do I use the sauna?

1. do not eat 2 h before using the sauna.
Take a shower, wash off your make-up and wipe yourself dry.
Remove your jewellery and watch before entering the sauna.


2. Take the appropriate level in the sauna depending on your physical capacity
and heat tolerance.
It is advisable to start at the lowest level.
Sit or lie down on a towel spread out on a shelf so that your torso and limbs

Feeling hot and uncomfortable is the signal to leave the sauna.
Session duration from 3-15 min.


3. Cool the whole body for a few minutes, always starting from the feet up to the head.
The higher the sauna temp, the shorter you stay in the sauna and the longer it takes to cool down.
Wipe the whole body and scalp dry and repeat the whole cycle 2-4 times.


4 After the sauna, a 20-30 min rest in a lying or semi-reclining position is advisable.
Drink water or tomato or fruit juice to replenish fluids.
The sauna is best used 1-2 times a week.


During the session we maintain silence, allowing ourselves and others to relax.


Contraindications: purulent skin diseases, fever, pregnancy, menstruation,
cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis, varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, high
hypertension, cancer.
A medical consultation is recommended before the sauna.
