Since 2017 I have been running my own practice and FysioYoga classes. Between 2021 and 2025 I worked in the Pain Clinic at Kalnes Hospital. I currently run a practice at Vincent Medisinske Senter in Fredrikstad as well as at Varteig Legesenter in Halfslunds\u00f8y.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I enjoy an active lifestyle, cycling, swimming and climbing mountain peaks. I find relaxation in nature and around animals. In my free time I read biographies or listen to rock and jazz music. I like a good movie and tasty food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>My aim is to inspire people to discover their own resources and capabilities.
