Take the appropriate level in the sauna depending on your physical capacity<br><\/strong>and heat tolerance.<br>It is advisable to start at the lowest level.<br>Sit or lie down on a towel spread out on a shelf so that your torso and limbs<br>The lower ones were on one level.<br>Feeling hot and uncomfortable is the signal to leave the sauna.<br>Session duration from 3-15 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><br><strong>3.
